Case study

The problem

Mindtation sells intention-driven products for joy, balance, and everyday living. The freelancer-built store had conversion issues, abandoned carts, and a catalog that did not match the brand. Michael Oliver was close to shutting it down before bringing me in for a store review that turned into shipped fixes, not a PDF that sat unused.

Mindtation

What I built

A full store review with prioritized Quick Wins and Medium Fixes, then page-by-page implementation. All changes built in a staging theme so the live store stayed up until one-click publish. Homepage, product pages, and collections rebuilt around the review findings. Store cleanup: navigation, automated collections, and product tagging for Infinity, Live Love, BREATHE, and Intuition. ReConvert upsell setup, discount cleanup, free shipping in the announcement bar, and launch QA.

The result

Store relaunched clean, organized, and checked for mobile. Michael kept the store open instead of shutting it down. Clear path for follow-on work, including the Collaborative site connection. A founder who can manage and grow the store himself.

Client quote

"I was actually debating on shutting it down before I reached out to you, but I am thankful that didn't happen. You are, and continue to be instrumental in our business development and growth."
